The Tib Bros Tib Bar is specifically designed to allow you to strengthen your Tibialis Anterior, the muscle located on the front of your shin as famed by the ATG Program. A strong tibialis is the first line of defence for your knees, ankles and shins (shin splints).

Our Tibialis Bar has an ultra-strong frame built from iron. Boasting 16cm of Plate Loading Ability (allowing you heavy weight bearing for Tibialis Raises). Our tib raise bar is 24cm wide, and suitable for all feet sizes.
