If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

Returns are accepted, provided we receive your items back within 30 days of your receipt of goods.

Each item is packed with love and care and we would like to receive them back in the same condition.

If you find any kind of fault with your item, please email us at support@thetibbros.com

Once received, a full refund will be given. 

Unless faulty, all items are to be returned at your own cost.

Refunds will be for the total sum of your purchase. Once we have processed your refund, the money should be back in your account within 7 working days.

We ask that items are returned using Recorded Delivery or you obtain proof of postage, just in case any items get lost in the post.
