I used this on my home bench and so far working well! I did have an issue with it tilting to the size but I bought rubber band grips and placed inside the hole and it's stopped. Aside from that issue it's a great piece of workout tool and would recommend!

This Tib Bar is about the best quality Tib Bar I have ever used.The metals are all very strong, so you can load this up with plates and be assured that it's going to last a very long time. There's no flex or brittleness at all.The bar fits my UK size eleven feet perfectly. I can get full range of motion when doing tib raises (having my legs extended on a bench and calves hanging off).Personally, I found it very comfortable to use, but I would say that there's minimal padding on this compared to some others I've used. This lack of foam does greatly enhance the durability of the bar, but some may wish for a bit of extra comfort when using it.The metal has a nice black finish to it. Not glossy, but rather a powdered/stealth black style.I picked up the tib bar / Nordic strap combo. I would say that the Nordic strap is only really worth picking up if you have a very, very strong door to use it on. If you try to use this on a standard door that you'd find in most UK homes, you'll very quickly do damage to the door/frame.
